2. Processing Time The time required to prepare your order for shipment depends on the item.

  • In-Stock Items: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and package your order.

  • Bespoke & Made-to-Order: Craftsmanship takes time. Please refer to the lead time quoted during your consultation or on the product page. Our team will keep you informed throughout the creation process.

3. Worldwide Shipping We are proud to offer secure, fully-insured global shipping to our clients around the world.

4. Shipping Method & Security Your security and the pristine condition of your piece are our top priorities.

  • Full Insurance: Every order is fully insured during transit from our atelier to you.

  • Discreet Packaging: For your privacy and security, all orders are shipped in a discreet, unbranded outer box.

  • Signature Required: To ensure secure delivery, all shipments require a direct signature from an adult upon receipt.

5. International Customs & Duties For all orders shipped outside the UAE, the recipient is responsible for any and all import duties, taxes, and local customs fees. These fees are levied by the destination country's government and are not controlled by or paid to Tebromasse Jewellery LLC. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

6. Atelier Collection (Store Pickup) We are delighted to offer an in-person collection service at our flagship Dubai showroom.

  • Simply select "Atelier Collection" as your delivery method at checkout.

  • We will send you a personal notification when your piece is beautifully packaged and ready for you to collect.

7. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, allowing you to follow your piece's journey.
